Solution: |

Can you see any other websites? If not,
then you probably are not connected properly to the internet. Try to
connect again. If you cannot connect to the internet, call your
dial-up, DSL or Cable company. If you can see all websites except
your own, call us at 877-WENDY-99. |

Check your internet connection and make sure you
are online by visiting a few websites. Send yourself a test e-mail.

Solution: |

Your ability to send mail depends on the company that provides
your internet connection. Call your ISP (Internet Service Provider)
and ask them to provide you with the correct SMTP settings for your
account. If you're in New England and using Cox Communications, your
SMTP server should be set to smtp.east.cox.net. |

I'm using Outlook Express, how do I update my SMTP
settings? |

Solution: |
|
Open Outlook Express and click on TOOLS>ACCOUNTS.
Highlight your email account and click on PROPERTIES. Click on the
SERVERS tab and you will be able to edit your SMTP settings there. |

My user name or password is being rejected. |

Solution: |

Passwords and user names are case sensitive. Always
type them in lower case letters and make sure your Caps Lock is not on. |
